We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and dispatched.

This policy applies to:

  • All domestic UK shipments


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we do not offer returns or refunds, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.
